The adjustment is done with protune display gauge and look value of throttle sensor voltatge and adjust the sensor to about 0.230 volt in slow position.
The value is more for the 58mm throttle.

Bunny - have found the voltage also can be 0.28v and more commonly 0.40v. All depends on Throttle Body/Butterfly plate wear. Also check you have a TPS with the slotted holes for adjustment as in GLLOQ image - later TPS from S&S have fixed hole position.
So do you basically make a note of the value before removing the old TPS and set up the replacement to read the same?
