Our Burns' Night supper was a great success. Macsween (other brands are available...) make slices as well as the Full Monty, which we have had in the past. Fried like a steak. Served with mashed potato/carrots/swede, which is a good proxy for tatties & neeps. Oh and a glass or two of Scotch. Very tasty, and just as the packaging suggests using it with nachos, we are going to try a hag bol, and a hagsagne.
