Very sorry to hear about your back John. I really hope you get full recovery. I once drove my friends Merc home from Somerset and we were highly amused when I leaned forward slightly to scratch my calf and the whole dashboard display changed and lit up with a message telling me I was tired and should stop for a break.
Rather different from my younger days when one might find oneself so tired at the wheel one would close one eye at a time to try to rest them...and the car didn't seem to care at all!
