Being a niche make perhaps Morgans are not on the database criteria? YET!
When inputting the VRN my Mog comes back as Red and UK registered. No other significant details. I then confirm this and it shows ULEZ ok. I suspect the TFL database doesn’t have emissions data for the car despite it having a Rover V8 used for many mainstream cars. Does the TFL database link to the V5 details showing emissions or rely on manual input by someone? I would have thought auto link to harvest data but then, who wrote the software? Public body software often seems to fall short of a decent competence.
Just a thought.....using just the VRN without engine details seems to possibly be a gap in the credibility of the decision making process. I am not going to complain!
