The development of Monty continues at pace, here's how to get individual throttle body (ITB) response and sound without all the ITB negatives and headaches
Start with long runners from Fusion Fabrications to add torque, rather than taking it away as is always the way with short runner inlet ITB setups.
Then implant four bell mouth velocity stacks inside the plenum for that glorious throttle body sound and use the plenum as a sound box to aplify the aural joy.
Now add Newman Phase 2 cams so Monty breaths deep from 2,500rpm all the way to 7,200rpm.
Next give the 2.0 Duratec lump a much faster rate of acceleration using a 3.2kg steel flyweel from Titan so the engine can now come up on the cam nice and quicky.
Coplete the aural pleasure with an AEM DryFlow filter and custom built Super Sports manifold with 200 cell cat and sports silencer also from Fusion Fafrications.
Finish the job off with a Plug & Play (PnP) EMU Black stand alone ECU from Ecumasters to get the best from the setup.
