I wouldn't have thought that Winter/Spring was a good time for sales of open top cars either?
I think the idea is to catch a sale early.
Leave it too late in the season and by the time a customer views a car, decides to buy, pays a deposit and takes delivery the driving season is over.
They will be keen to get potential customers for new or used vehicles behind the wheel ASAP.....
