I'd asked the question of someone 'in the know', "was there likely to be a more 'affordable 4 wheel Morgan". Their view was that the direction was more expensive/exclusive.
My hope is for a management buyout/ family buy-back/Steve Morris coming to the rescue, or a combination of all 3..............🙃🤷🏻♂️

As regards your hope of a family buy-back, I’m afraid that the family have taken their money and run! 🏃🏃♀️ I understand that Steve Morris is doing some consultancy work and enjoying life and so I don’t expect to see him back in MMC anytime soon… 😉
