Ironic that I'm seriously toying with having a Lotus Elise!!!
Have commented iun another thread but I can't help thinking that going from Morgan to Lotus in retirement is the wrong way round.
I've had one pal, admittedly after a hip replacement, stuck half way in and half way out of mine and it took 15 mins to get him back vertical.
Mind you, the spectacle of SWMBO getting out of the car makes it all worth while. So far I have restrained myself to pushing her rump with my hands for fear that if I used my foot there might well be a serious domestic disturbance.
