In addition to wise words above I would have all wheels off to look at the brakes. Remove rear drums and ascertain free movement of the cylinder pistons. Any corrosion on the front disks needs rubbing down. Good squirt with brake cleaner wouldn’t go amiss. Axle splines cleaned and regreased. Don’t mix the spinners - replace on the axle they came from.

Remove the tool tray and squirt the rear springs with bike chain lubricant while rear axle is hanging. Car on axle stands under chassis member just in front of rear wheels.

Light oil to both sides of the bodywork trim all round to eradicate annoying squeaks.

WD40 on anything external that moves esp door hinges, lock mechanism, filler lock, ignition key, jubilee clips, hood mechanism etc.

If the wing mirrors are the originals - bin them for some decent aftermarket mirrors.
