Being able to go to the factory and talk to people there is a unique experience, and always a special occasion. Try turning up at Ford, Toyota, etc etc.............
I toured the MG factory at Abingdon - it was not the same.
I toured the TVR factory at Blackpool - it was not the same.
There is something different about the Morgan factory and the people who work there.
Hindsight is a fantastic tool which allows us to view the past in sharp focus. Hindsight tells us that the M3W may have been announced too early. Maybe it was. Only time will tell how successful it becomes, and that success will be judged using hindsight.
Drivers handbooks are just that, and are usually not much help in servicing a car, so Ok, they are unreliable in detail. Maybe if less detail was provided in the handbook it wouldn't date so easily!!!!
I would always use a decent technical manual if I was to get into stripdown mode, or at the very least a Haynes.
Your Dealer is the legal entity with whom you have your contract of sale, and so your Dealer should resolve your issues. Some will be better than others in this respect.
