Yes, I'd think that's the plan.
A limited-run "clear the ground/shift minds/elevate the pricepoint" PR exercise, likely followed up by an open-ended production run of slightly less-special but still more expensive cars.
Looking at the CHAT GPT renderings above, it seems that Morgan + Poninfarina produces something not unlike an Aero in concept, so this may well be the real goal - to reinvent the Aero, coachbuilt on the CX chassis, at a higher pricepoint than Plus Four & Six.
