Nice one Cereal, grin2 I did think that too when I couldn't figure out how to collaps them all the way. But the sticker on the unit says "Adjustable", (picture) The way I see it Koni either put the wrong sticker on or they put the wrong bumper rubber on. I am thinking the latter. Cheers J
