Had my Weber twin 40s rebuilt in November. I have seen a video of the carbs working at the company who did the work, all ok. Well since then I have had fun and games. At first one of the carbs kept flooding. The reason was a small piece of the rubber from the hose had stopped the needle valve from working. That was the size of this full stop. Anyway since then she has not started. I have noticed the plugs are getting wet, so it's not a fuel issue. I have checked the fuel pressure and that is ok. I have ensured the battery is fully charged, plus using a battery booster, still not starting. So I'm thinking sport coil , although the plugs have a spark or could it be the distributor, advance and retard? The car has electronic ignition system.
If it is the distributor how do I set it up?

Your help in the TM world is, as normal greatly appreciated.
Have a good week.
