Ok, results..

1. Windscreen sprayed with soapy water ( hand soap and water mix ), this eliminated 90% of the judder.
2. The judder movement can be seen in the play at the fulcrum pin on the wiper arm, as the wiper blade judders the arm section that goes to the blade from the fulcrum pin is moving ( juddering ). By placing my finger against the arm and slightly loading it to reduce movement during operation removes nearly all the judder when combined with soapy water spray.
3. After the soapy water test it revealed that the screen must have had a coating applied to it as some time ( dealer/factory?? ) as it can be seen and will not come off by hard rubbing with a clean micro cloth. The coating is partial and in some places is missing in the wiper arcs..

As things stand, I believe my course of action is to do as follows.

When the windscreen cleaning products arrive, I will thoroughly clean, clay bar and polish the windscreen so no coating can be seen on it. Plus reclean the wiper rubbers. Then test the wiper action for judder.. if its still there it may be time to spend £200 and replace all three wiper arms. Hopefully in the mean time more CX owners ( or the factory?? ) will be able to confirm if movement at the wiper arm fulcrum pin is normal or not.
