I'm with Astonandy. I like the no frills style of the Sport - in particular the painted dashboard & painted wheels. I also prefer the look of the tail without a spare wheel. The Sport provided me with a (relatively) economical way into a new Morgan (I hesitate to say cheap as I paid €43500 for it, or about £39000 at the time). On the other hand, I do understand that as demand has slowed down for all but the 3 wheeler it may well make sense for MMC to maximise the amount they can make per unit by forcing customers to buy a bespoke one. However, if the end result is that a buyer who would have bought a Sport ends up buying a secondhand one (or indeed a caterham which was the other car I was considering) then it might not prove to be such a brilliant plan after all.
