After emailing them directly and requesting a new pump and having to fill out a form describing the issue I was directed to a new web page to fill out. They would then take 2 days to determine if I have a warranty claim. On that same page they expect me to give them my credit card info and chose what shipping I want to pay for. IE, they sent bad product and expect me to pay to get a replacement. I am going to go through ebay and just order from elsewhere.
