It is great when you need a hand, but please do not use the service if you do not need it. As a 73 year old regular flier I do not need it and hopefully never will, but would be sad if the service gets devalued by people just trying to avoid queues
Yes......at 73 I would have agreed with you 100%. However I am now 78 and am glad that " need assistance" button is there for my use. And its not to avoid queues but to get me from terminal to terminal or gate to gate.
