BBC`s Business today prog this morning suggested that EV sales were on the rise...? My general overview is just like all technological "advances" there will ever be resistance and for all the usual reasons, however I suspect that ultimately convenience may well ultimately decide whether EV may be the future. for a little more than a year, I have found my EV to be very a very convenient personal transport system.

It seems we may slowly growing in acceptance of digital decision making in our ICE propelled vehicles, I can remember a time when some thought it wise to have a sticker on the rear of their car to advice it was fitted with disc brakes, to advise following vehicles to leave more braking distance .... Though my guess is that if some were closee enough to read the sticker they were already too close... and so it goes for the many arguments for and against EV and automated driving technology....

For now and for me EV has been a bit of a leap of faith, though having had a few decades of hands-on with what was at the time leading edge technology and in the process gaining a reasonable understanding of the way it "advanced," that balanced against the scientists opinions on climate change, and perhaps a felling of guilt having created my fair share and perhaps more of carbon etc... My EV is perhaps viewed mistakenly or otherwise as at least a small degree of personal carbon offset.

As for my minimal Morgan mileage and my fondness for rarely making the old thing roar, pop and bang......Guilty as charged.... Sigh !
