Over my many years of Morgan motoring I have developed my own spring covers which I have mentioned but I don't think anyone has adopted. I mention it again here, for your consideration.
I grease until the old grease comes out. Clean up then I wrap upper and lower springs with kitchen cling film, about two or three wraps. This contains the the new grease as the suspension pumps over the potholes.
It also stays on quite happily with no need for fasteners of any kind.
Next greasing I pull it off and it brings old grease off with it.
So simple, so quick, so cheap!
Has worked well for me.
