I had an issue on my 21CX auto with the Overseer warning. The car was almost completely dead with only the wipers working and an Overseer warning light. Fortunately a resourceful local garage ( I was in Italy) identified the problem as a poor connection on the fuse board, he explain there were two halves to the fuse board and it was the live connection between these that was loose. Issue has never returned.
