What exactly does the switch. For me, today on the dash the sign appeared and the engine stopped. I rolled to the side of the road and turned off the ignition. The message Overseer Switsch was still on the display for a few minutes and I could not even turn on the warning light. After a few minutes the message disappeared and the pressed warning light also started flashing. After that the engine started again and I could drive on. Now I can't find any clue in Hanbuch what that meant. Can someone give a hint

here but note it's explained more fully in the Plus Six manual. Page 17 shows the two associated indications "OS off" and "OS fault". Page 28 explains the overseer. The switch turns it off to allow handbrake use during driving off road etc. It needs to be pressed for 3 seconds. Note it re-engages by default on next start up.
