The new Lotus with the AMG turbo engine has 2 cooling systems it is very common on turbo cars. I don't have a diagram. One is for the intercooler and the other the traditional radiator & turbo.
The tanks are at the top of the firewall and you can see them in pic 1 for the intercooler behind the heater box and in pic 2 you can see both behind the battery. The ecu is also visible as the cover is removed.

The control I'm guess reduces thermal shock vs an on off mechanical thermostat. 24 cars now don't have the swirl pot either. The rad is stronger as the side design was strengthened.
