I contacted MCC about my rad leak and did receive a favourable response, asking me to take my car to my nearest dealer for a inspection and report before a replacement rad could be approved, I contacted the one in Cheshire and was told they would not be able to do the inspection before October as they were snowed under with work. So looks like this is going to take a long time to resolve.
