Your handbook may help with a little further information I have a 2012 Plus 4 and the handbook identifies a Ford CJBB engine a quick internet search found eg
https://mymotorlist.com/engines/ford/cjba-cjbb/The handbook also identifies the spark plug type as Motorcraft AGSF22FSCM or equivalent, take out your current plugs and they may help if recently changed, might also be a part number on your other components. Once you have the parts numbers it should be easy to track things down.
