I'm super happy with my new smaller thick rim 13" steering wheel
Here's the 14" original.....

Vs the new smaller thick rim 13" wheel I've just fitted.

The smaller size definitely gives quicker and more direct feeling steering, and thicker rim gives both improved grip/purchase, the end result is seemingly more leverage... so despite the smaller diameter the steering actually also feels lighter!
Strange but true

Back to the original topic, surely the offset ring will place the steering wheel off centre from the centre line of the steering colum, I would assume this means the wheel will rise and fall in my hands as I rotate it from lock to lock?
This is why I'm interested in feedback from anyone who's fitted the Morgan Park offset ring
