Yes Dave, The leather on my inner sills is appalling as well! Flaws on the hyde in several places both sides and poorly rectified, ie 5 year old with a tin of humbrol look! Just not good enough and knowingly fitted where they thought it didn't matter! Seat backs seem to be an issue as well, not sure how they get them to fit so badly!
