I may be a sceptic as I've been shafted by them before. Castle told us we had cover for miscellaneous bicycles so didn't need to define them. When one was nicked we couldn't claim as we hadn't defined it in the policy.
My defined value ins on my Roadster didn't pay out as the person at faults insurers ensured it got "repaired" at just below write off despite a bent chassis that wasn't repaired.
So whilst I agree I beleive in belt and braces now.
