I have been using these when traveling on high ways https://www.loopearplugs.com/products/experience-plus they do not insulate you from the surroundings as typical noise protection earplugs can do. The are comfortable to wear. I lost a pair and recently bought the loop ecperience 2 which has 3 noise protection levels.
