Lotus, or their oriental owners seemed to want to make a proper grown up motor car brand out of a low volume, niche british sportscar manufacturer.
If/when it all goes wrong or they mess it up completely, they'll probably just asset strip it, sell the site and walk away......🤷ðŸ»â€â™‚ï¸
