I am sure the dry break couplings are good but the alternative is to make the brake bleeding process easier by using a Speed Bleed Nipple or Automatic Bleed Valve as they are sometimes called. This also has the advantage of replacing the brake fluid, or at least some of it, when you bleed the brake line. The rear one is a M7 x 1mm thread size and the fronts M10 x 1mm, they do make bleeding the brakes a very easy one person job.
