Even these cheap ones have a maximum load of 135 kgs, which in real money is about 21 stone, so they should be capable. They are fairly cheap and might be worth a try.

Certainly sounds like worth trying by those of us who haven't eaten our spinach. But thinking back to my A-Level Physics (in the "black & white era"), wouldn't it take a hurculean effort with the pumping hand to get to the necessary pressure to raise the wheel/tyre ??
