I would try polishing as a first option. As Julian says above. Either a bodyshop, a proper paint restorer/paint corrector. Try a diy test on a small area yourself to see how the polishing ends up. Then a coat of wax/ceramic (for protection. There are many good polishes available such as Autoglym, Meguiars, Autofiness etc. and the pros can get even more.
Be aware.....you get that front area good but then the rest looks bad compared to it You then get the whole trailer re-done!
