Currently with Admiral using multi-car.
I included agreed value (assuming it might improve things but also that it may be a dodge) and windscreen coverage.
I do have a protected no-claims bonus and a lot of years than heavens.

IIRC The Coupe had a windscreen go in 2015.
I phoned Admiral and they were very quick, gave me a reference number and pointed me at Autoglass.
I phoned Autoglass and they took the deposit from me, billing the rest to Admiral.
I was told it was about £1100 for the new screen.
They did say it came from their supplier, "biggest in the world blah blah"
New windscreen was ordered and arrived in 2 weeks.
They asked me to visit the Reading fitment centre as they wanted a master tech to do it given the rarity.
I waited and watched and they were very good, taking great care.
They did not have a replacement surround/seal and re used the current one which was slightly marked in removal.
No change to my premium out of line with generic market changes.

Well in November of 2025 returning from getting the Coupe serviced at Williams a huge stone cracked the screen from top to bottom and nearly caused a brown moment. Not really happy driving the car given the massive top to bottom crack.

Phoned Admiral and got the reference.
Got pointed at Autoglass.
Pointed to on-line page to fill in all details.
Paid deposit/contribution as per policy.
Was informed they would be in touch to organise as screen was not in stock.
Anyway one month later nothing. Phoned and was told they would chase the supplier.
When I say phoned it was a 26 minute hold call before being put through.
Nothing.
Repeated again 2 weeks later. Nothing
Repeated again and told it was being escalated to their purchasing team. I pointed them at Williams as a source.
5th Feb I got an appointment for the Exeter location to install it.
Day before I got a barrage of phone calls asking for pictures of the car as they were worried the wrong one had been sent.
I sent through the video of the Coupe and asked if it was correct.
I was asked to turn up for the appointment.
Wrong screen, wrong shape, probably an Aero Plus 8
Sent home having wasted a day and driving 80 minutes.
Since then chased every 2 weeks with no response.
Finally told an appointment has been made for 17 April at Exeter.
Lets see what happens this time.
I have told them about the plastic/rubber seal, I doubt they will have one? Cynical, me?

Judging by the manner of the people on the phone anything not "mainstream" causes delays and problems.

I will be speaking to Admiral about not being able to drive the car for 3-4 months.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
