It's for the same reason that nobody makes a tool tray for trads. Too many variables. And creating a windstop to work, even on 150 cars will be a challenge, and the time involved doesn't really stack up. Although a well designed bracket which could be 3D printed might work. If you got the brackets, then figuring out a perspex solution would be possible.
