There are quite a few M3Ws that have changed hands with very low mileages and the new owners have then made good use of them after suitable fettling - some of the cars on the just finishing hard-driving Northern Spain tour are examples.
Laurens's advice is spot on - get a good deal and get it fettled by Steve @ M3W Services (if in EU) - likely minimum for a 2016 car after a thorough structural inspection would be fluids/filter/tyres/cambelt plus of course the fuel pump/easy change Centa rubbers for reliability.
Of course you can then go for Ohlins/rear disk/empire kit/engine mounts etc etc for the optimum - depends how deep you want dig in your pockets for a fun toy!
