Glad you found interest in the vid.. A friend was a Triumph/Honda dealer, and I think I saw one of the works Daytona`s in his showroom, perhaps they were doing the rounds in the early seventies trying to drum up business at a time, when amalgamation with BSA and Norton was struggling to survive...?
The first triangular profile tyres I remember were the TT100`s which I fitted to my Domi, circa 1972..Happy days... (-:
The electric roller would be a bit of a godsend, no chance of a running jump start these days, and kick start usage on an old brit bike with high compression and a lumpy cam being reluctant to fire up would risk a heart attack... !!!
