I always use a smear of
Ceratec on pad backplate and pins. Using a flat blade screwdriver to push down on centre of each pad spring, to take pressure off pins, you should be able to push latter out by hand aided by a suitable size drift.
Yes, so do I but, beware of putting Ceretec on rubber brake components as it is mineral oil based and can degrade the rubber. Red rubber grease is best for that purpose.
