At the risk of repeating myself……🤣 there is nothing like it (now)… If you’ve got one…… cherish it…… drive it….. there won’t be any more….☹️ It’s all too easy in a modern sports car, but in a trad, you’re just part of it… for better or worse, warts and all…. I’ve done the ‘fast car’ thing…. but they're missing the point….. even my diesel 5 series is waaaaay quicker than my 4/4…..(and more comfortable, practical, sensible 🤣) but it’s not………. fun….!
I don’t mind a bit of chassis flex, it adds to the suspension, it wouldn’t be the same with sliding pillar, leaf springs and a super stiff chassis….. perhaps on track it might help……. but pottering round the back lanes of the Home Counties…..🤦🏻♂️🤷🏼♂️NO…..
