I was nearly going to try it on the other day. The car is having its first service at the moment and the forcast is for a week of rain. As soon as I can I will take some photos of the car, hood up, hood down and covered, hood down and covered with the tonneau, the interior, and finally the luggage and the case strapped on in the way Nick showed me at the factory.

This photo shows the hood cover and the suitcase (with cover) and straps but does not show either very well. Nick told me that the elastic parts of the straps pass either side of the "slots" at the bottom of the rack. not through them.

I think that the tonneau cover when not in use can be left over the hood and then tucked down behind the seats, but I am not sure. The end result would be that from behind it would look very similar to the hood cover.
