For what its worth, My Roadster wheel judders and snatches on the rough roads around Bucks but always improves when the tyres are pumped up with a few (5)PSI above recommended.
On the Grande Tour the car was a sweet as any other I have driven on the smooth roads elsewhere, but the tyres needed pressure every 5 days or so.
