That's a very friendly welcome as you would expect from Morgan owners!
I have a couple of traditional Morgans but also drive a 2004 Aero GTN. Like all Morgans this vehicle is 90% absolutely fantastic and 10% work-in-progress which is a cause of both enjoyment and frustration. The 4.6 Alpina motor means that it goes like stink but I have had frequent air-con failures which turn the cabin into a sauna (especially with the roof on) and a couple of track days destroyed the discs which were replaced at vast cost. Have others had disc replacement issues?

That seems like a theme of Porsche forums and the issues surrounding their PCCBs (Porsche Ceramic Carbon Brakes) I'm yet to track my car but am looking forward to it and expected the brakes to perform well due to the lightness of the Aero but your experience may prove otherwise. A good person to comment on this would be Daniel as he has first hand experience of the Aero Driving Experience and one of the Aero racing cars. Lets hope he comes along soon

Excuse my ignorance but what is a GTN? I assume, perhaps wrongly, that it is a more track focused Aero?

GTN is a limited run Aero that was used to homologate the hard top for the race cars and is a road going replica of the 2004 Le Mans car plus the GT cars like Keith Ahlers races in the British GT Championship (Richard Thorne ran the other one in this years Britcar 24hrs). It is based on the Series I Aero but has a 4.6l BMW Alpina engine (Morgan could only get a few), different engine management system, side-exit exhausts were standard and it has some carbon fibre bits (including the hard top). The GTN has featured on Top Gear (Hammond driving), EVO took one to the 2004 Le Mans and Autocar took one to Venice!

Whilst the GT(N) is a classic Aero, at the risk of sounding pedantic it was developed to run in the new

Only 11 ever made I believe!
All with the same colour scheme (actually not 100% sure about that!)
Very special indeed.
