Three of my fellow Rotarians did an Artic circle run some years ago for charity in a Sierra 4x4. They almost died, it was that cold, so beware!
How about issuing a commerative badge to raise additional funds ??

Is there any way we can get the factory to leverage some of their press contacts to get the news out through the car press ?
Alistair, that is certainly the idea and I do hope people pick up the story and give it some publicity. MogMag have already run a little piece and I know they are in full support of what we are doing. Three of my fellow Rotarians did an Artic circle run some years ago for charity in a Sierra 4x4. I don't think any of us expected it to be easy but I'm sure I speak for us all when I say I hope your fellow Rotarians were just unlucky! Jays, thank you for your donation - it is appreciated And thank you to you all for your kind comments and words of support. Steve sent me some text for the site, that I had asked him to write, and I am looking forward to getting it online, along with the interview with Lucy herself.

Unbeknownst to me, Steve and Tim from MMC have put up a video up today, on the Morgan Motor Company site, to explain our Nordkapp 2013 Challenge and the personal reasons behind it. I cannot imbed the video because they have it set to not be copied, however, you can watch it by using this direct link to You Tube.

Oh and cheers Aeroman for such a generous donation  don't forget you are going to have to keep me in coffee when I freeze, I'm relying on you - its ok for you, when you're not driving you can utilise Johnnie (of the Walker variety) to keep you warm

Nice piece of video, Steve seems uncomfortable with it all, but then I think we all would if is was that close to home. I hope they're not expecting us to dress up for the challenge, a shirt and tie at -5 doesn't work for me.

the French did a Morgan trip to the artic circle from a certain city roads are BAD (and a bit boaring) so you guys started a tough project!!! RESPECT!!! whish you all the best and curios to see you guys progress up to minus ???degrees celcius  the Asbo du Freez?
