We had agreed that I would send a PM, but I have not received any response to it so I write this in the forum, and it's ok for me. When you drive to the North Cape are you planning on Day 6, Friday 10 May to drive from Sunndalsøra to Mo i Rana. Along the way you will make a stop in Hell. About 2 km after Hell you will be passing Stjørdal. Here at Stjørdal is a small Morgan Environment. 2 to 3 cars. If you think it's ok, we would like you to take a short stop at the square in Stjørdal. We'll offer you a simpel lunch and coffee. And then I can try to get the mayor out at the square to greet. We could also invite journalists from 2 to 3 newspapers. 2 local newspapers and a regional newspaper. When you think its time for going on north I for myself, and maybe some of the others should to follow you some kilometers north. It could be a great happening that might affect Driveatheart.

Guys you may have noticed (I know some of you have  ) that having been a main instigator and activist I have not been contributing here much. Regrettably due to health issues I have had to pull out of the trip. Andy, I am so sorry that your health is understandably going to prevent you going after all of your effort and initiative. Having seen that copy of your 'Rabbit Run' video and that amusing photo of you in the New Trike at Geneva launch, I just know that you would have been the life and sole of the party and great driving fun on the trip. Hopefully the guys and your son will provide you with some breath taking video footage. Get Well Soon Frank Thanks Frank, I feel gutted in some ways (just realised what a pun that is after my op ) but still proud that this has become such a fantastic trip and fundraiser. Whilst the health issues are obviously in the back of my mind as I'm still not sure what my ongoing treatment will be, my main concern is work. I've just had 2 weeks off work for the op and numerous days for tests and 'oscopies and things, with potentially more to come. Wrapped up with family holidays and ther trips that I hope to make i'll have taken nearly 40 days off this year and it's just not fair on my two partners to have a further 10 days, especially when they have been as generous, supportive and magnanimous as they have been. I am hoping to grab a few days along the trip  at some stage, and will be there for 'the off'

I was not aware that you will pass the bridge between Denmark and Sweden. I thought yoy would take the ferry from Denmark to Norway.
So, you will pass my village on the motorway.

Hi Ken,
After outlining the original route, it was passed to John (AsboJohn) to refine; therefore, he is the best person to confirm. I know he was having some trouble booking certain ferry routes and therefore was considering certain reroutes.
However, if we are passing near you, it would great to see you en-route!
