+1 for Chain grease -- Just put it up on Axel Stands. A car creeper to lie on then makes it do-able. If you can get your friendly local garage or tyre place to let you use their lift it is MUCH easier though!!

Cheers!

Great - thanks Robbie. Neilda also recommended something for me to use, but I can't remember the name.Obviously Vaseline won't do the trick oops

It was chain wax. smile

I'm not sure a human would be able to get under a Morgan without it being jacked up and on stands.

Always use stands.

Thanks Mike. I will look out for that tool.

David, you must be incredibly slim if you are going to crawl under a Morgan with no form of lifting!!! grin2

I have been able to do part of my rear springs from above, but as the car still needs to be lifted to do the rest, might as well just get it in the air.

I do miss the garage at my old place - and its full length/depth inspection pit!

Cheers,

I have lost a stone in weight since Christmas, Graham thumbs Even so, I would find it difficult slipping underneath innocent

An inspection pit would make life easier - but I think my father has some stands. If not, I am sure my dealer will oblige. Sounds like a small job.

Well done thumbs.
My attempts at losing 7 have not got very far - maybe a half at most!

Cheers,
