The Bulletin, but it was wrong! I think the MTWC chairman had got the wrong end of the stick. A correction was published either this or last month.

Ahh.
Oh well, one day, maybe, we'll see them on track doing more than just demo runs...

Surely all it needs is for someone (Morgan or MSCC?) to sponser a new one make class, say the M3W Series.

Not that simple.
ACU won't touch it for races cos engine is too big.
MSA (the four wheeler competition lot) won't touch it at all as it's a three wheeler and post 1934 (earlier three wheelers can compete).

And if you say, I'll just form a new racing body, apart from legal problems, insurance etc, any drivers who sign up for a non authorised racing organisation risk having any MSA or ACU licence voided.

Not saying it's possible, but the sensible course of action is to work on a compromise with the ACU.

ACU - Auto Cycle Union. All motorcycles and three wheelers.
MSA - Motor Sports Association. All cars and pre 34 three wheeled cars. The three wheeler admission is I think a concession and cars and clothing to ACU specifications are acceptable - ie leathers, not firepoof overalls.
