On my Roadster, most of the allen headed countersunk screws on the hinges are semi-rounded off, and one is a posidrive wood screw...........

I did mine a few years ago they come in a pack if my memory serves me well with polished stainless nuts bolts screw washers etc . I bit of a pig to do but well worth it . Still got all the old stuff in a tub in the garage if anyone wants them. thumbs

You needto order the screw (bolt) set separately and the hinges come as a pack of four.

I've just been looking at mine. Upper hinges on both doors use three bolts but the lower hinges only two (seems to have a fake bolt) on the door side of the hinge. Looks like I may need to do some drilling.

I did the same and like JTL says. a bit tricky but worth it.
When you remove the old hinges check if there are any slices of material used as a wedge that ensures the door is at the correct angle.
I would also recommend getting s/s nuts with nylon inserts to keep the nut tight, you don't want to have to tighten them every year or so.
