Remove the metal plate and you got access to the bevel box

Nice photos, but the entire BB oil change can be done laying on your back, looking at the BB from the rear. No jacks, no major disassembly, and I could do it hot.

I drove mine long enough to heat the oil, pulled into the garage, and placed a low oil pan under the BB. I unscrewed the big lower drain plug, and let the hot goop flow out.

I opened the upper fill plug just above the drain, and let it all stay open and dripping overnight.

I plugged the bottom drain, and refilled the top port until it back dripped.

I plugged the upper fill port, made sure all was tight, and went for a ride.

I did this 4 times, using Moroso Climbing Lube, drained it hot each time, and got more of the black goop out each time.

By the 4th oil hot oil change, the fluid coming out was the same color as what was going in, and the BB is now, well almost, quiet.
