How do you know if someone is Vegan ?
Don't worry, they'll blooming well tell you. They do love telling you I agree Giles - but you can always tell them as the level of Hydrogen Sulphide in the room goes up in logarithmic fashion whenever they are around.  I don't drink in Totnes for this reason they -art and blow too much grass for my taste.

I was amazed at how many Vegan restaurants Totnes now has.
Quite a change.

Adoption
Couple from a circus go to an adoption agency, but social workers are doubtful about their accommodation.
So they produce photos of their 15 metre long caravan, the back half of which is a beautifully equipped nursery.
The social workers then are doubtful about the education that would be provided.
"We've employed an Oxford don who'll teach the child all the subjects along with Mandarin and ICT skills".
There are then doubts expressed about the child’s healthy upbringing.
"Our full time nanny is an expert in paediatric welfare and diet", they reply.
So the social workers are finally satisfied, and ask what age of child they were looking for.
"It doesn't really matter", they say, "so long as he fits in the cannon"

Yesterday in one of the exhebitor's lavatories at the geneva motorshow:
Three men are doing some small talk while using the urinals. First men closes his zipper, walked to the wash-bowl and begins to wash his hands. Very systematicly. Two times. Then he begins to dry his hands with a paper towel. Again very systematic. And two times. Turned to the second guy who is already standing there, waiting to use the wash-bowl, he says with a smile: "We at mercedes benz are used to do all the things very thoroughgoing and systematically."
The second guy washes his hands quickly, but thoroughly. Then he uses one paper towel to dry them, and smiles to the man from mercedes: "We at Volkswagen come to the same results, with less ressources and higher efficiency."
Meanwhile the third man came by and listened to their conversation.
He passes by, ignoring the wash-bowl, and says to both of them with a wide grin: "We at Morgan Motor Company do it quite the same way as we always did: We just avoid p*ssing on our hands..."
