Does it all fit under the standard bonnet? I guess with my Zetec Blacktop it won't fit without a scoop in the bonnet. Do you know details about this?
Best regards, If you use the appropriate itb's then it will just fit. The dcoe style are too long. See the "changing classes & engine" thread for more info and measurements. So I will need the short OMEX version with air socks, right?

It's great you have sorted it Peter! Out of interest, what computer programme are you using to monitor and adjust the TBs? The software MAP4000 and DATA2000 can be downloaded from the Omex web page. http://omextechnology.co.uk/page11.html#EngineManagementA USB to serial connection cable will be needed too.

Now we know what fits! Great! You mentioned that we should change the clutch and flywheel as well. What type do you suggest? Does it make sense to change the camshafts of the 2.0 Zetec for a fast road car?

Today I completed the electrics (except for the coil pack connector  ) and tidied things up. Put back the fuses, nothing went pop  and then turned the motor over a couple of turns. Once I get the coil connector I can then balance the TBs. The small black object on the firewall above the ECU box is the atmospheric pressure sensor that is quite necessary on the mountain passes. very nice job peter ready for our ride ?
