Several weeks ago, while on my way to my dealer for some sprocket work, I hit a deer, which I posted about. The right headlamp bucket bounced for about a hundred yards after me. I retrieved it and added a new headlamp to my shopping list. I pulled the Speaker LED out of the now mangled bucket and put it aside guessing that it would probably work.

I just finished installing the new bucket with the old LED and powered it up. Lo and Behold it lit!

Not only do they throw an amazing beam but I have a feeling they will probably outlast the car!

Expensive? Yup. Worth it? To me, absolutely!

And a hearty thank you to Blake for the idea!

What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

Hi Michael,

Just looked at their site. What unit fits the M3W?

Thanks,
Roland
